eHeart Health Monitoring LLC, of Clayton North Carolina, released it’s real-time sensor powered Medical Alert System for Android devices called eHeart Monitor. Available from the Android “Google Play” app store, eHeart Monitor brings consumer grade (non medical) bio-monitoring into the mix of Medical Alert Systems (historically only able to detect falls or calls for help). The eHeart Monitor application has since been renamed to Check On Me Online to better clarify it’s purpose.
